The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on the 25th May 2018 and you need to be aware of the new law and how it affects you and your company. This course will cover the important bits of GDPR you need to know about. Now, you may work for a company that processes (or could eventually process) the personal data of EU citizens. The vast majority of companies globally will be seeking to ensure compliance with the new GDPR to promote the secure collection, storage and usage of personal information. This is a general course for employees to raise GDPR awareness. It is not intended as legal advice, but simply informational content on many of the key topics.
